B. Lib (Bachelor of Library & Information Science) is a one-year duration undergraduate course in Library Science. In B. Lib course, students are taught various aspects of library science including management, maintenance and preservation of information using sources of education as well as information technology.
Bachelor of Library and Information Sciences or B.Lib.I.Sc is a 1-year bachelor’s degree that deals with library and information sciences. The BLIS course is designed to train students on how to maintain library data, use e-books and save them. Upon completing B.Lib.I.Sc, students can work as Library Information assistants, Project Trainee, Library, Junior Library Attendant, Professional Assist etc.
